recipe: granola banana bread

Skip the bakery – make this homemade bread for your next picnic!

Prep time: 10 mins
Bake time: 1 hour

1 cup white whole wheat flour (sifted)
2 bananas
1 egg
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup brown sugar
2x matchazuki granola
1x cranberry fusion
2x classic honey granola


1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Mash bananas
3. Stir the eggs in the mashed bananas and stir in milk
4. Add flour and baking powder in the mixture and mix
5. Mix in matchazuki granola
6. Mix in cranberry fusion
7. Pour into the loaf pan and top with classic honey granola
7. Bake for 1 hour at 160C

If you’d like a more moisty and a stronger banana taste, try adding in butter and more bananas!
